Signature image troubleshooting
For an upload or background-removal problem, include your browser name and version, device type, image format and approximate size, whether the image was uploaded or captured with the camera, and the exact error message. Mention the cleanup mode if processing started.
Do not email a private signature image unless we first explain why a limited example is necessary and you choose to provide it. A redacted screenshot, a description of the upload state, or a new non-sensitive sample is often enough to begin troubleshooting.
Accounts, credits, and billing
For account or billing help, include the account email, plan or credit-pack name, purchase date, and transaction reference if available. Each completed signature background-removal task currently uses 2 credits. Do not email your password, complete payment-card number, card security code, or bank login.

Privacy and account requests
Use the subject line Privacy Request when asking to access, correct, or delete eligible account information. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account before acting, and some billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
For a privacy request, do not attach a signature image unless it is strictly necessary. The Privacy Policy explains the current image-processing, account, analytics, advertising, and retention practices.
Security and accessibility reports
For a security report, include clear reproduction steps, the affected URL or feature, potential impact, and safe supporting evidence. Please do not access another user's data, disrupt the service, or publish sensitive details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
